Affordable Corporate Suites

Headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia, Affordable Corporate Suites built, owns and operates eleven extended-stay hotels in Virginia and North Carolina. The twenty year old company is privately owned and, on most days, you can find the owner at one of the properties taking an active role in "running the business". If you run into him, don't be surprised if he asks about your stay and seeks your advice on ways that your stay may have been improved.

Affordable Corporate Suites has developed from a simple concept: provide high-quality, affordable temporary housing with all the comforts of home.

Starting with a small property on one of Roanoke's busiest streets we learned that people want certain things when on the road; things like a full kitchen to cook a real meal and a separate bedroom like at home.

Over 20 years later, we continue to build on the lessons learned long ago. Today we provide modern amenities like expanded cable and free high-speed Internet. But in almost every suite you will still find, like we learned many years ago, a full kitchen and a separate bedroom with quality and comfort at an affordable price.
